Dr. Danesh earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from UCLA School of Law in 2008, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare law, corporate law, and compliance. She also holds a Ph.D. in Healthcare Ethics from St. Louis University (2010), which gives her a well-rounded perspective, combining legal precision with a deep understanding of clinical and ethical issues.  Additionally, her Master's degree in Biomedical and Clinical Ethics from Loma Linda University Medical Center gives her a well-rounded perspective, combining legal precision with a deep understanding of clinical and ethical issues.

Dr. Danesh specializes in practice transitions, including mergers, acquisitions, and sales. She ensures that legal agreements are meticulously structured to protect both parties and comply with state and federal regulations. Her experience extends to assisting healthcare professionals with transitioning practices with buy-sell agreements, advising on everything from entity formation and contract negotiations to licensing and regulatory compliance.  Dr. Danesh is also highly skilled in corporate healthcare governance, providing strategic counsel to optimize governance structures and enhance operational efficiency while minimizing legal risks.

Dr. Heather N. Danesh has completed extensive mediation training at UCLA School of Law, making her qualified to practice mediation in California courts. This additional qualification allows her to offer alternative dispute resolution services, helping healthcare professionals resolve conflicts efficiently without resorting to litigation.
